BODY: The body is made from tested M.S. Plate . The body is annealed & stress relieved.
PITMAN: The pitman is made from graded cast steel. The pitman is also go through annealing process to ensure the durability.
TOGGLE SEAT: Made of replaceable toggle plate of cast iron & toggle bearing of graded cast steel. It protects the jaw crusher from any major break down.
JAW PLATES & SIDE PLATES: The jaw plates and side plates are made of high tensile manganese steel for long life.
CRANK SHAFT & BEARING: Crank Shaft is made of En19 Forged, Annealed & Heat Treated. We use heavy duty spherical, double roller ball bearing .
FLY WHEEL: Heavy duty cast iron, reversible Flywheel fitted on both end of the Crank shaft. The balanced with counter weight ensure steady crushing force.
